Our beef tasting on the farm, celebrating the Great British Beef Week 2017 was a great success. Starting with English sparkling wine from Bardfield vineyard at Great Lodge. Chef Alan Paton created a top to tail menu for us all to enjoy with wine and beer pairing from Baythorne Hall and Bishop Nick. Followed by chocolate brownies, strawberries and cream baked by Little fairy Cake Bakery.
