New butchery & farm shop opening Saturday 1st December 2018!
We are very excited to announce the opening of our new butchery and farm shop at Deersbrook Farm. We would like to invite you all to our Grand Opening Saturday 8th December, a celebration of local produce... open all day.

We received planning permission to build our new on farm butchery and farm shop over the summer. Since then we have been designing internal lay out and having detailed plans drawn up. Our next step to send plans out for build and fittings quotations so we'll be ready to start the build in the new year. We'll keep you all posted on the build and our Grand opening nearer the time. Thanks once again for all of your support over the years, it's this that allowed us to grow!

Our beef tasting on the farm, celebrating the Great British Beef Week 2017 was a great success. Starting with English sparkling wine from Bardfield vineyard at Great Lodge.
Chef Alan Paton created a top to tail menu for us all to enjoy with wine and beer pairing from Baythorne Hall and Bishop Nick. Followed by chocolate brownies, strawberries and cream baked by Little fairy Cake Bakery. We have had wonderful feedback "taste explosion" "the best local produce coming together"
