Our very own air dried beef marinated with rosemary, thyme, juniper berry and garlic then delicately sliced, wafer thin. Our 100% grass fed, native breed beef is then air dried for a least 8 weeks. Resulting in superb bresaola with arich, complex flavour with a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
