We have been producing our delicious free-range turkeys for five years now here at Great Clerkes Farm. They are a Norfolk bronze breed of bird which are famed for their delicate flavour and perfect texture. They are grown on a wheat based diet from grain grown right here on the farm. The main life goal of the turkeys is to scale the fence that surrounds their meadow and then to spend a large part of their day in the vegetable patch eating what should have won best in the flower show.
